Terms of use

Translation for information. The French version is the only binding one and prevails in case of difference.

1. Purpose

humain-ou-ia.fr, published by Sébastien Necca SAS, offers an online tool that estimates the probability that an audio recording was, wholly or partly, generated by artificial intelligence. Using the service implies accepting these terms.

2. Nature of the results

The results are statistical estimates produced by automatic models. They can be wrong, in either direction. They constitute neither proof, nor an expert opinion, nor legal advice, and must not be the sole basis for a decision affecting a person (refusal, sanction, public accusation…). The known limits of the tool are described on the Reliability page.

3. Uploaded files

You warrant that you hold the rights needed to submit the files analysed, or that you act within a legitimate framework (verification, information, research). Files are deleted as soon as the analysis ends (see the privacy policy). It is forbidden to submit unlawful content or to use the service in an automated way without written agreement.

4. Free access and limits

The analysis is free, within a limit on the number of analyses per day. The publisher may change these limits, suspend or develop the service at any time, in particular to keep it running properly.

5. Paid offers

The paid Human Vibes certification will be governed by specific terms of sale, provided before any order. Analysis codes already issued remain governed by the terms of sale.

6. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for a decision taken on the basis of the results, nor for a temporary unavailability of the service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts are those within the jurisdiction of the publisher's registered office, subject to the protective rules applicable to consumers.
